**Note: NORML is absolutely against the use of cannabis by minors. While we obviously don't condone this practice, we understand the reality that adolescents will be experimenting with mind-altering substances.
The best thing we can do is prepare them (and their parents) for the inevitable. The NORML Women's Alliance supports an open, honest drug education policy that will help children understand their health options and ways of reducing the (relative) harms associated with its use.
