Paul Armentano is the Deputy Director of NORML, and he is the co-author (with Steve Fox and Mason Tvert) of the book Marijuana Is Safer: So Why Are We Driving People to Drink? (Chelsea Green, 2009).

Ngaio Bealum is a stand up comedian, and is the Editor of the magazine West Coast Cannabis.

David Bearman, MD is Vice President of the American Academy of Cannabinoid Medicine and Former Health Officer and Director of the Sutter County Health Department in southern California.

Larry Bedard, MD is the Past President of the American College of Emergency Physicians and is a delegate to the California Medical Association. He was the Co-chair of the Health Professionals Steering Committee for California's Proposition 19.

Russ Belville is the Outreach Director for NORML. He is the producer and host of NORML Show Live and coordinator of The NORML Network.

Steve Bloom is the co-author (with Shirley Halperin) of Pot Culture: The A to Z Guide to Stoner Language & Life (Abrams Image, 2008) and the co-author (also with Shirley Halperin) of Reefer Movie Madness: The Ultimate Stoner Film Guide (Abrams Image, 2010). He is a former editor of High Times Magazine and the founder of Celebstoner.com.

Graham Boyd, Esq. serves as an advisor to Peter Lewis. He is the former director of the ACLU Drug Law Reform Project.

Valerie Corral is the Executive Director and Co-founder of the Wo/Mens Alliance for Medical Marijuana (WAMM), a collective of patients and caregivers based in Santa Cruz, California. From the WAMM website: "[M]embers finds a collective voice, a means of relief, and a sense of value within the support systems of WAMM. Over the years clients have emerged from the isolation and fear of a life threatening condition to become part of the WAMM community. And when they face what we must all someday face, the inevitability of death, our care teams often include other WAMM members."

Stacia Cosner is Associate Director of Students for Sensible Drug Policy. She is also a member of the NORML Women's Alliance Steering Committee.

Stephen Dillon, Esq. is an attorney in Indianapolis, IN specializing in criminal defense and constitutional law. He is a long time member of the NORML Legal Committee, and serves on the NORML Board of Directors as the Chair. He is also the State Coordinator of Indiana NORML.

Scott Durrah is a Master Chef at Simply Pure Products of Colorado, makers of a revolutionary line of medical marijuana edibles that are lab tested for potency, purity, and consistency.

Georgia Edson is the co-host of the Mile High NORML Show. She is an addiction specialist and is the President, Chief Operating Officer at Herbal Connections, a Denver medical cannabis dispensary. She is also a member of the NORML Women's Alliance Steering Committee.

Warren Edson, Esq. of Denver, CO, is a lifetime member of the NORML Legal Committee. Since assisting with the passage of Colorado's Medical Marijuana Amendment, he has worked closely with patients, caregivers and dispensaries, facilitating the return of plants, growing equipment, and cured marijuana.

Neill Franklin is a 33-year law enforcement veteran of both the Maryland State Police and Baltimore Police forces. He is Executive Director of Law Enforcement Against Prohibition (LEAP), an organization of current and former members of the law enforcement and criminal justice communities who are speaking out about the failures of our existing drug policies.

Sabrina Fendrick is the Executive Assistant to NORML Director Allen St. Pierre and the coordinator for the NORML Women's Alliance.

Diane Fornbacher serves as Vice Chair of the NORML Women's Alliance, is the Grassroots Activism Editor at FreedomIsGreen.com and is on the board with The Coalition for Medical Marijuana New Jersey.

Leonard Frieling, Esq. of Boulder CO, practices exclusively state criminal defense, emphasizing drugs, driving, and the combination thereof. He is a lifetime member of the NORML Legal Committee.

Greta Gaines is an accomplished musician/songwriter/television host and internationally recognized pro-snowboarder and fly-fisherman. She is also a member of the NORML Women's Alliance Steering Committee.

Mauricio Garzon is the Executive Director of California Coalition for Cannabis Policy Reform 2012.

Dale Gieringer, PhD is the state Coordinator of California NORML and is the co-author of the book Marijuana Medical Handbook (Quick Publications, 1997, 2008). He is Vice-Chairman of NORML's Board of Directors. Mr. Gieringer was the 2004 recipient of NORML's Lester Grinspoon Award, recognizing outstanding work in medical cannabis advocacy.

Debby Goldsberry is the Co-founder and Director of the United Cannabis Collective. She Co-founded and is a Director of the Berkeley Patients Group, one of California's longest-running and most recognized medical cannabis dispensaries, and she is a Director of the Cannabis Action Network. She is also a member of the NORML Women's Alliance Steering Committee.

Chris Goldstein is the founder of FreedomIsGreen.com. He serves as a lead advocate at The Coalition for Medical Marijuana New Jersey (CMMNJ) and Pennsylvanians for Medical Marijuana (PA4MMJ). He serves on the Board of PhillyNORML and NORML NJ, and was the founder of NORML's highly rated podcast, the NORML Daily Audio Stash.

Lester Grinspoon, MD, is a retired professor at the Harvard Medical School and a well-published author in the field of drugs and drug policy. He has authored more than 140 articles in scientific journals and twelve books, including Marijuana Reconsidered (Quick American Archives, 1994) and Marijuana, The Forbidden Medicine (Yale University Press, 2007).

Jane Hamsher is the founder and publisher of Firedoglake.com, a leading progressive blog. Her work has also appeared on The Daily Beast, The Huffington Post, AlterNet, The Nation, and The American Prospect.

Justin Hartfield is the Co-founder of Weedmaps.com and serves of the Board of Directors of the National Cannabis Industry Association.

Dan Hartman is Director of the Colorado State Medical Marijuana Enforcement Division.

Douglas Hiatt, Esq. of Seattle, WA, is a member of the NORML Legal Committee and a Chairman of Sensible Washington.

Aaron Houston is the Executive Director of Students For Sensible Drug Policy.

Dale Sky Jones is Chair of the California Coalition for Cannabis Policy Reform 2012. She is the Chancellor of Oaksterdam University and also serves of the Board of Directors of the National Cannabis Industry Association.

Norm Kent, Esq. is a publisher and criminal defense attorney based in Ft. Lauderdale, FL, handling First Amendment, constitutional rights, and media law cases. He is a member of NORML's Board of Directors.

Paul Kuhn is a long-time NORML supporter and activist. He ran the Illinois NORML program during the 1970s when he lived in Chicago and served on the NORML Board of Directors during the 1980s. He rejoined the board in 1996 and is now treasurer of NORML and the NORML Foundation.

Jill Lamoureux is a member of the Colorado State Medical Marijuana Advisory Committee and serves on the Board of Directors of the National Cannabis Industry Association. She is the Co-founder of Colorado Dispensary Services, a Colorado-based medical cannabis dispensary with locations in Denver, Boulder, and Wheat Ridge.

Martin Lee is the author of Acid Dreams: The Complete Social History of LSD, The CIA, the Sixties, and Beyond (Grove Press, 1994) and is a co-founder of ProjectCBD.org.

Jahan Marcu worked at the California Pacific Medical Center Research Institute studying the anti-cancer properties of compounds from the cannabis plant. His findings appeared in the Journal of Molecular Cancer Therapeutics.

Madeline Martinez is the founder of the World Famous Cannabis Café, a private cafe and community center that serves Oregon's medical marijuana cardholders. She is a retired peace officer, wife, mother of two and proud grandmother of six. She serves on NORML's Board of Directors.

Ben Masel is vice-president of Wisconsin NORML, and an activist and medical patient.

Lauren Maytin, Esq. of Aspen, Colorado is a lifetime member of the NORML Legal Committee. As a former Colorado Deputy Public Defender, Lauren's current practice focuses primarily on criminal defense and the counseling of caregivers, patients, doctors, growers, dispensary owners, managers and employees, and landlords regarding all facets of Colorado's Medical Marijuana Laws. Lauren also serves on the Board of Directors for Colorado NORML.

Jeralyn Merritt, Esq. of Denver, CO, has been a television legal analyst since 1996, most frequently appearing on Fox News, MSNBC, and CNBC. An expert in using Internet resources in the practice of law, she has created two nationally recognized websites, Crimelynx.com and Talkleft.com, for criminal defense lawyers and journalists covering crime-based news and politics.

Kyndra Miller, Esq. of San Francisco, CA, is the CEO of CannaBusiness Law, Inc., a wireless professional law corporation that provides Business Law services to medical marijuana patients in California. She is also a member of the NORML Women's Alliance Steering Committee.

Samantha Miller is the President and Chief Scientist of Pure Analytics, a medical cannabis analytical laboratory based in Santa Rosa, CA.

Robert Mikos is a Professor of Law at Vanderbilt University Law School. He is one of the nation's top emerging scholars of federalism. His most recent scholarship analyzes the overlooked – and often harmful – influence of federal law on the design and enforcement of state policies, including marijuana policies.

Ethan Nadelmann is the founder and Executive Director at the Drug Policy Alliance.

Jared Polis is a United States Democrat Congressman representing Colorado's second congressional district. He currently serves on the House Rules Committee and the House Democratic Steering and Policy Committee and is a Democratic Caucus Regional Whip. He is a charter member and vice-chair of the Sustainable Energy and Environmental Coalition, the Chair of the Immigration task-force of the Progressive Caucus, and an honorary Co-Chair of Third Way.

Amanda Reiman, MSW PhD is the Director of Research For Berkeley Patients Group, a community-based medical cannabis dispensary, an Affiliate Scientist at the Alcohol Research Group, and a lecturer in the School of Social Welfare at UC Berkeley.

George Rohrbacher is a former Washington state Senator and a member of NORML's Board of Directors.

Marsha Rosenbaum, PhD is director emerita of the Safety First Project at the Drug Policy Alliance, San Francisco. She received ten National Institute on Drug Abuse grants to study heroin addiction, methadone maintenance treatment, MDMA (Ecstasy), cocaine, and drug use during pregnancy before founding the San Francisco office of the Drug Policy Alliance. She is the 2002 recipient of NORML's Lester Grinspoon Award, recognizing outstanding work in medical cannabis advocacy.

Dan Rush is the statewide special operations and cannabis division director, UFCW Local 5.

Alan Shackelford, MD is a consultant with Amarimed of Colorado and is a former Research Fellow at Harvard Medical School.

Jeri Shepherd, Esq. is an attorney in private practice and long-time NORML Legal Committee member from Greeley, CO.

Allen St. Pierre is Executive Director of NORML and the NORML Foundation.

Keith Stroup, Esq. is the founder and Legal Counsel of NORML.

Dan Viets, Esq. of Columbia, MO, specializing the defense of marijuana cases. He has served for many years as the Missouri State Coordinator for NORML. He is a former president of the Missouri Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, former chair of the board of the Mid-Missouri ACLU, former president of the University of Missouri student body and former chair of the City of Columbia Human Rights Commission. He serves on NORML's Board of Directors.

Brian Vicente, Esq. of Denver, CO, serves on the Colorado Alliance for Marijuana Reform, and is on the Board of Directors of the National Cannabis Industry Association.

Clint Werner has degrees in journalism and library science and has worked in the field of preventive health for over 25 years. His writing has appeared in "Cannabis Therapeutics in HIV/AIDS," the Journal of Cannabis Therapeutics, Macrobiotics Today, Canine Chronicle, the San Francisco Sentinel and other publications. Clint became active in the medical marijuana movement in 1991 after his best friend died of AIDS.

Montel Williams is a television personality and medical cannabis patient. He founded the non-profit MS Foundation after being diagnosed with multiple sclerosis.

Robert Winnicki is a molecular biologist with Full Spectrum Labs, a medical cannabis analytical laboratory based in Denver. He also serves of the Board of Directors of the National Cannabis Industry Association.

Henry Wykowski, Esq. is a San Francisco based attorney engaged in the representation of cannabis dispensaries in tax matters (civil and criminal). He was tax counsel in Californians Helping to Alleviate Medical Problems, Inc. (CHAMP) v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue, 128 T.C. No. 14 (2007), the only dispensary case to proceed to trial. Henry is currently representing Harborside Health Center and other dispensaries in their Internal Revenue Service and state tax audits.
