The purpose of the University of Florida chapter of NORML is to move public opinion through awareness, outreach and active community participation in order to sufficiently achieve the repeal of marijuana prohibition so that the responsible possession, use and cultivation of cannabis by adults are no longer subject to legal penalty. We strive to educate the public and work for change through community service and outreach.
