State Chapter
USVI NORML
USVI NORML is a brand new chapter fighting to legalize cannabis in the territory. We've been meeting with our senators to introduce friendly legislation and circulating petition to island residents for legalization. We've been featured and interviewed in the Virgin Island press and we are looking for more members to help us hold regular meetings and tabling events to educate our citizens.
