The most commonly reported side effects from high-THC flower were dry mouth, increased appetite, and somnolence.

Investigators concluded, “Our results suggest that cannabis should be considered as a strategy for harm reduction in opioid maintenance treatment.”
Eighty-four percent of those surveyed reported quality of life improvements following their use of cannabis.
The plan calls for the establishment of not-for-profit cannabis clubs, which will be permitted to grow and provide cannabis for their members.
“Patients reported a clinically significant reduction of depression severity,” authors concluded.
Chronic pain patients in the survey reported “greater satisfaction” with cannabis and said that it was “more effective” than their prior therapies.
Researchers concluded: “Within six weeks on the therapy, median pain scores decreased significantly. There were no severe adverse events reported.”
Compared to untreated patients, those consuming oral THC suffered from fewer bouts of depression and experienced “significant improvements” in their quality of life.
