Participants in the program will be able to receive telehealth consultations with cannabis specialists and discounts on medical marijuana products, among other benefits.

Seventy-one percent of patients and 59 percent of pain specialists supported the “federal legalization of medical cannabis.”
Patrons must be 21 to enter and sales of food or alcohol are prohibited.
The proposed rules are now subject to a public comment period, which runs until March 18, 2023.

The Court determined that the plaintiff’s use of medical cannabis was “reasonable and necessary,” and rejected the employer’s claim that providing financial reimbursement would subject it to potential criminal liability.
