Among those patients who reported using CBD, 81 percent said that the use of CBD products “improved their pain.”
Investigators concluded, “The potential for cannabinoids to be used as an alternative to augment or replace conventional primary cancer treatments definitely justifies further research.”
Eighty-three percent of those surveyed that they would recommend the use of CBD products to other parents caring for autistic children.
Following their initiation of CBD-dominant cannabis, subjects experienced a significant decrease in anxiety and depressive symptoms; non-users did not experience a similar reduction.
