PATIENT POSSESSION LIMITS
Possession and cultivation is permitted for adults over the age of 21 absent a medical diagnosis. Those under 21 may legally access cannabis via the medical cannabis program. Separate rules for the medical program may be adopted by the Commission
STATE-LICENSED DISPENSARIES OPERATIONAL
Patients may designate a caregiver to produce and store homegrown marijuana on the patient’s behalf. Caregivers must be 21 or older.
