PATIENT POSSESSION LIMITS

Patients who possess a physician’s recommendation may legally obtain up to 2.5 ounces of botanical medical cannabis provided by state licensed dispensaries. Patients with the debilitating medical condition of cancer may be authorized by their health care provider to purchase up to 6 ounces of flower. Up to 6,000 mg THC total of other products. For patients under 19 years of age, designated caregivers can purchase on patient’s behalf (within 30 days) up to 6,000 mg of THC. Pediatric product cannot be greater than 6% THC.

House Bill 1203 permits edibles only in the form of hard or soft lozenges in a square shape that contain no more than 5 mg of THC per serving and no more than 50 mg per package.
