VERMONT MEDICAL CANNABIS QUALIFYING CONDITIONS
- A patient may be certified for the Vermont medical cannabis program if they meet any of the following criteria:
- Any patient receiving hospice care
- Cachexia or wasting syndrome
- Cancer
- Crohn’s disease
- Glaucoma
- HIV or AIDS
- Multiple Sclerosis
- Parkinson’s disease
- PTSD
- Seizures
- Severe or chronic pain
- Severe nausea
VERMONT MEDICAL CANNABIS PATIENT POSSESSION LIMITS
A Vermont medical cannabis patient may possess up to 2 ounces of marijuana. Single servings of medical cannabis products may contain no more than 100 mgs of THC.
VERMONT MEDICAL CANNABIS HOME CULTIVATION
Vermont medical cannabis patients may grow no more than 12 marijuana plants, of which no more than 6 may be mature. Patients are explicitly permitted to possess the total harvest of their plants.
