  • Intractable epilepsy (defined as epilepsy that “does not respond to other treatment options”

PATIENT POSSESSION LIMITS

Qualified patients authorized by a neurologist may possess unspecified amounts of “hemp extracts,” which are defined as preparations of cannabis plant material containing less than 0.3 percent THC and more than 15 percent cannabidiol. Patients must also possess a “hemp extract identification card” issued by the state Department of Health in order to legally possess high-CBD extract products.
