Democratic Governor Dan McKee has signed legislation into law legalizing the personal use and licensed retail sale of marijuana to those age 21 or older.

Investigators concluded, “The use of per se legal limits for delta-9-THC is not scientifically justifiable at the present time.”
“Marijuana law enforcement is becoming less of a federal priority in an age where the majority of Americans believe that cannabis ought to be legal.”
“Outmoded and unfair federal drug policies are out of step with reality and directly contribute to the trucking shortage crisis,” wrote Rep. Blumenauer.
Authors concluded: “Both malignant cancer and chronic dermatitis [were] completely resolved within four weeks of twice-daily treatment.”
Only 20 percent of those surveyed say they support maintaining federal cannabis prohibition.
Investigators concluded, “Our findings add to evidence that the legalization of nonmedical cannabis has not led to dramatic increases in the use of alcohol, cigarettes, and nonprescribed opioids.”
A spokesperson for Democratic Gov. John Carney said that he will review the bill, but that the Governor remains largely opposed to legalization.
