The House Committee on Appropriations voted to approve an amendment that would prevent the Department of Justice from interfering with legal adult-use marijuana programs as part of the Commerce, Justice, Science, and Related Agencies appropriations legislation for Fiscal Year 2023.

Authors concluded, “The findings reported here emphasize the continued need for clear and consistent regulation from federal and state agencies to ensure label accuracy of CBD products.”
“This is the first and largest population-based cross-sectional study of hospitalized patients to explore the association between cannabis use and HCC,” authors concluded.
