Since 1992, every Thursday and when breaking news warrants, NORML | The NORML Foundation have been issuing weekly press releases for marijuana law supporters and the media.

Investigators reviewed results from 12 published studies involving over 1,200 FM patients.
Among those respondents ages 18 to 35, nearly six percent acknowledged using cannabis products to aid their sleep.
“In short, we found no evidence that prenatal exposure to cannabis was associated with impaired cognitive or language development.”
“To clarify further, tetrahydrocannabinols produced through chemical conversion, even when hemp-derived, are considered synthetically produced for purposes of the Controlled Substances Act.”
Plaintiffs argue that the rescheduling order “exceeds the authority of the Attorney General under the CSA and is otherwise arbitrary and capricious.”
Idaho is one of only a handful of states that make no allowances for patients’ use of medical cannabis products.
The report also estimates that the state spends up to $20 million annually enforcing marijuana prohibition.
