A supermajority of voters in Arizona and Nevada favor legalizing cannabis, removing it from Schedule I under federal law, and permitting banks to partner with state-licensed cannabis businesses.

Sixty-three percent of respondents reported substituting cannabis products for other medications, including NSAIDs, opioids, sleep aids, and muscle relaxants.
An estimated 4,000 customers were on hand opening day to purchase cannabis products.

In follow-up comments, Trump added that Amendment 3’s success would be “very good” for Florida.
“Five-week administration of CBD, but not of placebo, resulted in improvements … [in] fatigue/vitality and psychological well-being,” investigators concluded.
“Cannabis was rated as the most effective self-management strategy to reduce symptom intensity.”
