“This bill respects the will of the states that have legalized cannabis and allows them to implement their own policies without fear of repercussion from the federal government,” Rep. David Joyce said.
Additional expungements are forthcoming, Missouri NORML’s Dan Viets said.
“Neither marijuana nor THC can lawfully be possessed, handled, or dispensed by any DEA-registered pharmacy,” the letter states.
Lawmakers in both chambers are anticipated to revisit the issue when they reconvene in January.
“These policy updates are more cost-effective and will ultimately help us widen the applicant pool for several city positions,” city officials announced.
Young adults in California were less likely to report using either alcohol or cigarettes following cannabis legalization.
“These findings add to the emerging evidence of cannabis’s sleep-enhancing properties,” investigators concluded.
