Become a member of the NORML Legal Committee (NLC), a network of attorneys from around the country dedicated to defending those charged with marijuana-related offenses, representing state-legal cannabis businesses, and working to end marijuana prohibition and stop the practice of treating responsible consumers as criminals.
As an NLC member, you will be added to a listing of NLC attorneys on our website from your state, and you are invited join to the NLC email group, where one can locate a sample motion or brief, identify an expert witness, or simply kick around the theory of a case with like-minded criminal defense attorneys from around the country. In addition, we have established the NLC cannabusiness law email group, for those attorneys specializing in state-legal cannabusiness law.
We also offer NLC Lifetime Memberships. This level will get you a specialized listing, priority placement on your state’s listings page, and your membership is locked in for life (no need to ever again deal with renewal notices).
NLC Members are also entitled to a $100 discount on the registration fee to both of our annual NORML Legal Seminars. Each year, NLC attorneys meet in Aspen and Key West to discuss emerging legal issues related to cannabis, and to support each other in the pursuit of justice.
