And there you have it. The same federal government that steadfastly denies pot has any medicinal value also holds the medical patents on the plant’s various therapeutic cannabinoids. And they aren’t the only ones who do.

The seed bearing plants belong to the people(humanity),let Cesar(the government) have the rest.Humanity must retain the rights to their natural resources or they are doomed and can not render currency.If natural resources are controlled by governments as well as their use,then we are forced into to using monopolies for survival eventually these monopolies will (because of our dependents on them)take over our public assets including our natural sustainability rights.Humanity should always reserve the rights to natural plants,air,water,fire etc.for the benifit of basic survival.
With out their natural sustainability rights in tact, humanity will have given all the money they made to just a few people ,the masses would struggle ,and the few with the money would eventually struggle as well because it too had a dependents on the income of the masses.This is about what has happened by making a natural plant illegal.Monopolies convinced the government to do away with public competition.Ironically if the public can not make money then the monopolies can not make any either.Americans should be running their own public utilities with hemp,not trying to come up with enough robbed cash to pay off the oil monopolies and instead of trying to control public health care cost we should be looking for viable answers for curing (not just treating)disease.humanity should retain the legal use and rights of natural non toxic plants for their own survival.
In biblical times Cannabis was used 12 ways: clothing, paper, cord, sails, fishnet, oil, sealant, incense, food, and in ceremony, relaxation and medicine. For so the Lord said unto me, “I will take my rest and I will consider in my dwelling place like a clear heat upon herbs. For afore harvest, when the bud is perfect and the sour grape is ripening in the flower, he shall cut off the sprigs with pruning hooks and take away and cut down the branches.” (Isaiah 18:4-5)

I have fibromyalgia I want and should be allowed to try and use mj. Is the government planning on the rich and famous and government themselves being the only ones to have access? It appears to me the “upper class” already have more freedom with weed than us peasants. All men are created equal? Our freedom should be returned to us. I need mj for pain. It’s even worse for people who’s life depends on it. Is this why it is called compassionate use? Everyone needs to write and call your state and federal lawmakers. I write and make phone calls. It is great to sound off in comments sections. How many write to others? Here we are among like minded people. The real challenge I make to you is do something. Write a letter to someone who can change. We need change!
All the more reason to insure a government of, by, and for the people.
