NORML chapters and other pro-cannabis organizations in North Carolina recently joined forces to host one of the state’s largest pro-cannabis rallies in recent memory. Those in attendance expressed their support for cannabis law reform efforts and called on state representatives to take action.

Police in the Pennsylvania cities of Allentown and Bethlehem continue to arrest hundreds of residents for less than 30 grams of cannabis while opiate and cocaine arrests seem to be going down.
