Since passing marijuana decriminalization measures in Philadelphia, State College, Pittsburgh, Harrisburg, York, Erie, and Bethlehem, marijuana advocates in Pennsylvania are headed to Harrisburg to discuss their 2019 legislative priorities with state lawmakers.
Members of Lehigh Valley NORML, Pittsburgh NORML, Keystone Cannabis Coalition, and ACLU-PA have organized a Rally and Lobby Day in Harrisburg on Monday, September 24, 2018.
Residents of the Keystone State will gather in Harrisburg on January 23, 2018 to speak with legislators about legalizing marijuana in an event co-sponsored by local NORML chapters, the ACLU-PA and the Keystone Cannabis Coalition.
