Among the more significant changes, the new law criminalizes possessing marijuana products obtained from out-of-state, including products legally purchased at licensed dispensaries in neighboring jurisdictions. No other legalization state imposes such restrictions.

They will also hurt state-licensed businesses, many of which have already invested millions of dollars in up-front costs and are still struggling to break even.”
Those who support legalizing marijuana are not part of the ideological fringe; we are the majority. It’s time for us to act like it and for lawmakers to treat cannabis consumers with the respect they deserve.
