A few weeks ago several letters were collected for Patricia Spotted Crow (a first time offender from Oklahoma who was given 10 years behind bars for selling $30 worth of marijuana), and sent by Jil Staszewki of the NORML Women’s Alliance to the Dr. Eddie Warrior Correctional Center in Oklahoma.
