And, a just-released statewide poll shows 68% of registered voters in Virginia, including majorities of Democrats and Republicans, support legalizing marijuana for adults.

Virginia NORML today reiterated its call that state lawmakers expeditiously move forward in 2021 with legislation legalizing and regulating the adult-use marijuana market.
Included in legislation being considered this special session are a number marijuana-related objectives which have advanced in both the Senate and House of Delegates thus far.
