Thanks to your advocacy, activism, and support, dozens of new marijuana laws took effect around the country this month.
Beginning on July 1, those age 21 or older may legally possess up to 1.5 ounces of cannabis flower and/or 12 grams of cannabis concentrates.
Adults may legally possess cannabis on August 1, 2023. State officials at that time will begin the process of reviewing and expunging tens of thousands of marijuana convictions.
Highlights include LA, ME, MD, MN, MT, NV, NH, NY, OH, PA, and RI.
