  1. there you go Rick Steves! get that GDP spread across the country and into the white house! i want to see the White house lawn covered in fields of Purp and kush haha. legalize cannabis, it only brings the good out of things. People enjoy lives so much better with cannabis in a non toxic or artificial way. completely natural and safe. Respect 😀

  2. David, many important people in the movement are speaking at this year’s conference so we thought it would be good to highlight that. The conference is winding down, so you shouldn’t see any more. Thanks for writing.

  3. Glad you all had a great super conference this weekend, plenty of well meaning words were spoken, many educated people all greading each other, saking hands and sitting down to great lunches. O! ya, those wonderful endorcement and that money of support all finding it’s way into the many bank accounts of those who promise to bring change, change that never has come. While your conference went on discussing how to legalize cannabis, that plant which is unlawfully abrogated for the people, an act of illegal Constructive Fraud, the millions of cannabis prisoners sat watching tv, ate, and were treated like cattle, and their life slowly slips away from humanity, the pot growers all ove North America search the skys and looked for tracks while they try to get this years cannabis crops in. The fear of the oppressive government with their illegal act of injustice went un-checked as your conference goes enjoyed themselves. The American people continued to deal with being oppressed while others went to prison, making possible for the rest of us to enjoy that joint we smoked before we took our families to church this morning. It is so sad that history repeats itself because it seems the lambs are always slaughter before the we realize the wolf. Will we as a human race going to wake up and pull our heads out of ours asses? And POP! goes the world.

  4. Gene Burns of KGO Radio out of , San Francisco , Ca. on every Saturday has a program dedicated entirely to the consumption of an Alcoholic beverage ( Wine ) . This sends the wrong message to kids . Alcohol is responsible for agression , murder ,violence , blood & murder on our Highways , health related problems , diabetes , addiction and a host of other bad things yet , marijuana does none of these things . Well , on Sunday ( today ) i hear a radio Ad on KGO Radio that pushes a drug testing kit ( obviously put out by the Drug & Alcohol Companies ) that starts with a ” Mom ” asking her son if he ever tried Pot . She then goes on to ask if he ever tried cocaine , heroin , speedballs , etc. What they are attempting to do is trick you into thinking marijuana is like all other hard drugs . This is known as deceptive advertising .They are attempting to decieve you the public .
    Revelation 12 ; 9 = “One of Satan’s most valuble tools is deception “. The Devil himself is deceiving the whole World .
    Ask , Gene Burns to STOP pushing drugs like Alcohol or Wine.
    You can get his contact info. at ; KGO Radio 810 . Let’s send him & the Producers of KGO Radio a clear message = IT IS NOT OK to be pushing your drugs on the Radio . This sends the wrong message to our Children .

  5. When you drink alcoholic beverages you will probally end up with health problems such as liver , blood , heart , addiction , diabetes , obesity and a host of other health related problems causing you to take their prescription drugs . Now you know why these Companies are against the use of marijuana . It’s because marijuana DOES NOT lead you into taking their drugs .
    Alcohol = Thousands of Calories
    Marijuana = 0 calories
    Alcohol causes aggression leading to violence .” For Satan the Devil himself shall decieve the whole World “.
    Send , Gene Burns of KGO Radio a clear message . STOP pushing drugs .

  6. Last but , not least is this quote taken directly from the Bible regarding The Drug , Alcohol & Tobacco Companies ;
    Revelation 12 :9 speaks of the great dragon called the DEVIL and Satan ,WHO DECEIVES THE WHOLE WORLD .
    His massive deceptions ( about marijuana ) have led mankind to follow him the BEAST rather than one true God .Suffering by Drug , Alcohol or Tobacco is one of the consequences .
    Man made drugs – The Devil
    Marijuana – Natural gift given from God

  7. People say U should vote. Vote,vote,…blah, blah. A vote is nothing more than an expressed opinion. And Ur “opinion” or VOTE will never be as powerful or effective as OUR ability to BOYCOTT. When we boycott; we shut off the supply line. I say cut Ur NORML donation in half and go buy some shelled hemp seeds, or hemp oil….or hemp cloths. OR, fuck it go buy a new Bong! and support Ur local headshop. Support the hemp industry. BOYCOTT those against it whenever the oppertunity is available.

  8. Any way to see any of those panels or read a script from the event? I’d love to hear the Cannabis and Athleticism panel. As a student majoring in Fitness Specialism/Pre-Physical Therapy and an avid cannabis user/supporter, it’d be interesting to hear what the professionals have to say on the subject.

  9. Jury Nullification!
    Learn it! Use It!
    Force the Change in the Cannabis Law
    Boycott Cannabis Pleas and Convictions, If your on the jury, hang it! Make the govenment spend money they don’t have, it will be their undoing.
    If arrested demand your fast that speedy trial by a jury of your peers. Present the Constructive Fraud to the Jury. Appeal, Appeal and writ their asses to kingdom come.
    Plant your old cannabis seeds in their face and on their lawns, street planter, sideways planters, city planters, everywhere in their face.
    Educate your peers, friends, co-workers about the constructive fraud and jury nullification. Be active! Be constructive!
    Bring this constuctive fraud to a stop by education, protest, boycotts, and Jury Nullification.

  10. I’ve long wished I had just one dollar for every pound of cocaine the C.I.A. has smuggled into this country, so far. (Please note I did not say what I would do with all that money.) Our national economy is addicted to illicit drug money profits laundered and invested to finance many trillions of dollars of our national debt and money market investments over the last few decades. Our “justice” system facilitators and their ilk are addicted to the trillins of dollars more taken from us during a like period of time to fund a chronically failed national drug policy. We could quickly put a hole through the heart of this monster by complying with God’s will for people to live in freedom with liberty as acknowledged and cited in the Constitution of the United States. If this nation is to survive, it will be by complying with God’s will. I will not live like a slave for hypocritical, lying, cowards, nor will I willingly allow my God-given inalienable rights be stripped away by the folly of evil men.

  11. Legalization is no closer now than it was when I started following all this online a year ago. I have learned a great deal about it’s medical use and am more convinced than ever we will not see the federal laws changed any time soon the way things are going. It’s going to take some sort of major shift in thinking. Most people just don’t care until they are impacted by the laws.

  12. I thought, in this country, one is presumed innocent until proven guilty. Cannabis never got that presumption of innocense. Its innocense is our objective.
    Manford Mantis

  13. ol tex your right most American don’t give thought until they themselves are impacted by this injustice. I am amazed that we, the powerful People of the United States of America, who have stopped the prohabition of the past and brought down all those who would interfer with our goals, our rights, our destiny, have choosen to endure this injustice we placed upon ourselves for some 70 years, my entire life, Why? For profit we feed of ourselves? For profit we destroy families, lives, and the very soul of man’s dreams, WHY?
    We will fight for everyone but our own-selves as a Nation. We are the dreamers of freedom and liberty and what it means to be at one’s liberty yet we will not act as a group and call attention to our government to change to the people’s will. Yes voting brings change and is a great way to bring on change, yes legislators should act in and on our behalf and bring change, but they have not, not in the last 70 years. It is time to address the only branch left, the very branch of government that has lead the attack upon us, the Courts, and really the Highest Court, all other courts have wasted enough of our time and harmed the nation great.
    Think about a Class Action Writ to the highest Court in the United States seeking relief from this Constructive Fraud that has taken away our inalienable rights once held. How many signatures can we get, can I get from you folks. We would publish the writ for all to see just before it was filed in the Highest Court. We have been working on the construction of the legal arguement but will discuss this openly.
    There is some of us that know violence will not work, legislators have not worked, voting is becoming a joke sorry to say. The Court is where all fights end up so lets go there NOW.

  14. I am not a lawyer. I have been to many Court rooms for different reasons and stood for myself or my wife as a criminal, civil, and traffic as a Defendant, Plaintiff, and as an interested party. I have study the law of the land and the courts on my own. My college education is in world cultures, world prehistory and cultural histories of America as well as education in human behavior or what was once called mental health. I am a skilled public servant and volunteer worked 7.5 years as a firefighter/driver/operator/ EMT-I/All Water Rescue and Recovery team leader and trainer for my area. I have always smoked cannabis, some 30 years or more now.
    This is where I am coming from, just another simple guy who wants the system to work.
    NOW, For one moment lets talk about the Duty of the Court and the Rights Secured by the People. Here is a few thoughts to contemplate about our Court system and why I say we should attack the Cannabis Laws by class action writ and title actions. This is a peaceful approach left to us by our founding fathers.
    The Courts are not bound by mere forms, nor are they to be misled by mere pretenses. They are at Liberty —- indeed, they are under a solemn duty—- to look at the substance of things, whenever they enter upon the inquiry whether the legislature has transcended the limits of its authority. If therefore, a statue purporting to have been enacted to protect the public health, the public morals, or the public safety, has no real or substantial relation to those objects, or is a palpable invasion of the Rights secured by the fundamental law, it is the duty of the Courts to so adjudge, and thereby give effect to the Constitution. (Related case law: Mugler v. Kansas, 123 U.S. 623, 661)
    It is the Duty of the Court to be watchful for the Constitutional Rights of the Citizen, and against any stealthy encroachments thereof. (Related case law: Boyd v. United States, 116 U.S. 616 (1886))
    Closing thought:
    There can be no liberty if the power of judging be not separated from the legislative and executive powers. (Related case law: Searle v. Yensen, 118 Neb., 835, 226 N.W. 464, 69 P 2d 953.)
    Remember this the next time you lite up your joint and enjoy your outlawed liberty;
    Liberty lies in the hearts of the people; when it dies there, no constitution, no law, no court can even do much to help it. While liberty lies in the hearts of the people it needs no constitution, no law, no court to save it.
