“It’s going to be on the ballot and it’s going to pass,” Tom Haren, a spokesperson for the Coalition to Regulate Marijuana Like Alcohol, told the Ohio Capital Journal. “Ohio consumers … will be able to have safe, effective and regulated adult use of cannabis right here in the Buckeye State.”
Investigators concluded, “High potency cannabis use, measured as THC concentration in cannabis and high potency cannabis preference, was not associated with increased symptoms of psychosis.”
“Passage of this legislation is the result of years of grassroots activism by consumers and stakeholders, including Minnesota NORML. In fact, the impetus for the formation of Minnesota NORML was based upon a police raid and resulting marijuana arrest. These sort of destructive actions are now poised to come to an end in Minnesota.”
