#GivingTuesday is a day that unites us in generosity and celebration for all that we have accomplished. After the two most busiest shopping days of the year, #GivingTuesday gives us all a chance to give back. This year we’re going BIG, and the only way we can ensure that happens is with your help.
The holiday season is in full swing, and naturally we are forced to think about all we are thankful for. We at NORML could not be more grateful for YOU and all of your continuous, unconditional support as we work for our shared vision of a legalized nation.
We’ve made so much progress over the last year, all thanks to you. But there is still so much to be done. We expect 2018 to be even more successful for the movement, and we need you to help continue our momentum by making a contribution in honor of #GivingTuesday. Now more than ever is when we need your support to ensure that we achieve a fair legalization and equitable marijuana market.
Donate today to have your contribution matched dollar for dollar!
Every act of generosity counts, and each means even more when we give together. Join NORML’s global giving movement where millions of people have come together to support and champion our cause of ending marijuana prohibition. Become one of those people today, on #GivingTuesday.
Many thanks,
The NORML Team
P.S. Shopping on Amazon for holiday gifts or just day to day expenses? Through the Amazon-smile program, you can have a portion of your costs be donated to NORML and our reform efforts.
Yes, please donate! Financing is critical and often underrated, but it is critical toward furthering legalization.
Also, watching right now:
NJ Gov. Chris Christie, who heads Trump’s opiod task force/committee, is speaking on “solutions” to the opiod and heroin crisis in this country. He also spoke about the crisis for Veterans.
While he has so far named alternative “treatments,” rehab initiatives and ideas, all manner of possible remedies….not ONE WORD, not ONE, thus far as I have watched, has been said about medical marijuana. Not ONE. Either by him, or the Reps, and I have not missed much of this ongoing testimony. The link will be provided below, but this is SAD. It’s like they won’t even CONSIDER medical marijuana. This is the state of our Congress? Thank goodness NJ is getting a new governor who backs legalization.
Just a shame. I am still watching, but, thus far, not a WORD about medical marijuana and how it might be the BEST SOLUTION out of all of them!!!
The link, and also on CSPAN right now.

yep, and it just ended….
and not a WORD….
Please write your Reps, folks. It is a SHAME, that in 2017, with 29 states, they still do not get it. Just sad. One day the country and world will wake up, but I am beginning to wonder, even at only age 30, if I will live long enough to see the glorious day.
On Dec. 8th, we must open fire, and keep the RB amendment alive. We must do everything we can, or this kind of insanity will persist.

Oh, one last note on this, just so you know, the opiod conference is still live and appears to have resumed, so it is live on CSPAN right now, perhaps medical mj will be brought up by other speakers.

Become a recurring doner to help your local NORML chapter budget over the 2018 election cycle. Even if its only $10 a month recurring donations are very helpful in the long run for continuing marijuana legalization.
I just donated, That’s the very least I can do, considering that NORML graciously gives me the space to rant and rave. And Julian is absolutely right that no gift is ever small especially when it comes to fighting anti-cannabis tyranny. I thank the good folks at NORML for their service in cannabis freedom.
How can we get involved?
