According to polling information, voters in Maine will approve Question 1, the Marijuana Legalization Act. Politico currently has the measure leading 50.2 to 49.8 percent with 93.9 percent of the vote being counted.
According to polling information, voters in Montana will approve Initiative 182, the Montana Medical Marijuana Initiative. The Associated Press currently has the measure leading 56 percent to 44 percent.
According to the Associated Press, voters in Nevada will approve Question 2, the Nevada Marijuana Legalization Initiative. The AP has the measure leading 54 percent to 46 percent and has called the race.
According to Politico, voters in Arkansas will approve Issue 6, the Arkansas Medical Marijuana Amendment. Politico has the measure leading 53 percent to 47 percent and has called the race.
According to the Associated Press, voters in Massachusetts will approve Question 4, legalizing the adult use of marijuana for adults. The AP has the measure leading by a vote of 53 percent to 47 percent and has called the race.
According to the Associated Press, voters in California will approve Proposition 64, the Adult Use of Marijuana Act. The AP has the measure leading 55 percent to 45 percent and has called the race.
According to the Bismark Tribune, voters in North Dakota will approve Measure 5, the North Dakota Compassionate Care Act 2016. The paper has the measure leading 62 percent to 38 percent and has called the race.
