Voters this November have the opportunity to make Missouri the 32nd state to allow for the physician-recommended use of marijuana, and based on the latest polling data, they will likely do so. Therefore, the important question before voters is no longer if the Show-Me State should legalize medical cannabis access, but how Missouri will do so. Vote YES on 2.

A Florida Circuit Court judge ruled today that a legislatively enacted ban on the smoking of medical cannabis in private by qualified patients is unconstitutional. “Section 381.986, Florida Statutes (2017) unconstitutionally restricts rights that are protected in the Constitution, and so the statutory prohibition against the use of smokeable marijuana permitted by [a] qualifying patient is declared invalid and unenforceable,” the judge ruled.

According to the Associated Press, voters in Florida will approve Amendment 2, an expansive medical marijuana law. The AP has the measure leading by a vote of 71 percent to 29 percent, and has called the race.
